The clean up of an Estate’s real and personal property requires special care because there are legal ramifications if items are disposed of that are mentioned in the will; family heirlooms that were meant to be passed to descendants must be collected and placed in private storage. Key legal documents such as business records, title certificates, insurance policies, etc. need to be located and safeguarded so they don’t inadvertently get damaged. Our team will document the process with photographs and notes along the way, working closely with the administrator to sort and inventory valuable items for appraisement.

Personal Property Storage

Personal property that does not require regular access will be kept safely off site at a climate controlled storage facility. Our team will help with loading, moving, and unloading into the storage unit. Personal effects that need to be accessed on a frequent basis can be secured in an on-site storage pod.

Vault Storage

For the highest level of protection and peace of mind, high value personal property such as jewelry, precious metals, artwork, and any other collectable should be secured in vault storage. The vault facility we use is detailed with internal armed security personnel; interior and exterior operations are under 24 hour video surveillance and the entire building has controlled access. Recorded footage is monitored in real-time and stored remotely.
